We are developing an independently owned referral website focused on basement waterproofing in Cherry Hill Township and Marlton/Evesham Township, New Jersey. We are not a contractor and do not perform, supervise or warrant repair work.
An informed connection—not a repair promise
The planned service will help property owners explain a wet-basement problem and, with consent, connect a suitable inquiry to an independent local contractor. Any assessment, quote, contract and warranty would be provided by that contractor. Homeowners remain free to compare proposals and choose whom to hire.
How the business may be funded
Contractors may pay for qualified referrals or lease access to the website’s inquiries. No agreement or contractor partnership is currently in place. Referral compensation is not evidence of contractor quality; credentials, insurance and project terms should be independently checked.
Current status
This is a planning-stage preview. Contractor routing, a tracking number and production inquiry collection are not connected. No emergency availability, completed projects or customer endorsements are claimed.
