Interior drainage & sump systems
An interior perimeter drain, often called an interior French drain, collects water and directs it toward a sump system. It manages incoming water; it does not resolve every exterior moisture source.

01 / Understand the water
Where water appears, when it happens, and how it enters all matter. An on-site contractor assessment should come before a repair recommendation.

A / LOCALIZED SEEPAGE
Record the entry point and whether it changes after rain. A contractor can determine whether a localized repair is suitable or drainage needs attention. Structural movement needs appropriate specialist evaluation.
B / OUTSIDE THE HOME
Gutters, downspouts and grading belong in the conversation. Exterior excavation is a different scope from an interior system and should be explained separately.
C / DAMP AIR
Condensation and humidity may need a different approach. Dehumidification is not a substitute for fixing water entry. Mold inspection and remediation are separate services.
There is no honest fixed price without the scope. Ask for an itemized written quote covering drainage length, access, pumps, electrical work, permits, discharge and restoration. We do not currently offer contractor quotes or publish service prices.
02 / The planned referral process
Our planned coverage is Cherry Hill Township and Marlton/Evesham Township, New Jersey. No contractor partner is connected yet.
Once collection is enabled, share your town, water issue and preferred contact details. You must own the property or be authorized to arrange work.
With your consent, a relevant inquiry would be shared with an independent contractor. We may receive compensation for referrals; we do not perform or supervise repairs.
The contractor would arrange any assessment and provide their own scope and terms. Verify credentials, insurance and warranty details before deciding to hire.
03 / Your next step
Note when water appears, take photos from a safe location and list previous repairs. These details help a contractor understand the problem—not just the symptom.
Before launch, we need a contractor partner, a secure inquiry destination and tested consent and delivery handling. This preview does not collect personal information.
For active flooding or immediate danger, seek appropriate local help directly. This is not an emergency service.
